MEDx Subscription Service
The MEDx software comes with 30 days of technical support.
The MEDx Subscription Service provides for extended technical support and software updates in one year increments. The terms of the extended technical support and software updates are specified below.
Extended Technical Support:
The extended technical support provides the purchaser with assistance and support in the usage of the MEDx software. Technical support is provided using electronic mail (email) and the telephone. A response is given within one business day for support requests submitted via email.Our email address is techsupport@ExpertIS.com.au.
Telephone support is provided during our office hours from
9am to 5pm (EST) Monday - Friday, except for Victorian public holidays.

Software Updates:
The purchaser is entitled to free updates of the MEDx software as they become available. Updates include both new features and fixes to software defects.
The updates are provided throughout the life of the MEDx Subscription Service.
